Thailand White Honey
S$16.50
This coffee hails from Thailand, grown at 1,400 metres above sea level and processed using the semi-washed white honey method — a technique that balances clean brightness with rich, sweet depth as some mucilage remains on the bean during drying. It features a thoughtful blend of two varieties: Chiang Mai 80 and Typica, combining locally favoured stock with a classic, prized cultivar.
The cup is lush and inviting, opening with bright, juicy stone fruit notes that give way to sweet, sun-dried raisins and buttery caramel tart. It finishes with elegant, subtle oolong tea undertones that add a delicate, lingering complexity — making it a smooth, well-balanced coffee that bridges fruit-forward brightness and comforting sweetness.
